Today is Vietnam Veterans’ day, and marks a step forward in recognition for those who fought in the battle – with a new service honour being awarded to them.
However, as the unpopular response to the battle lingers in the minds of the public, veterans believe the day should emphasise the need to help them once they have finished helping us on the battlefield.
