Yesterday US President Donald Trump pulled out of the Paris Climate Agreement.
Under the plan the US would reduce its emissions 26-28 percent below 2005 levels by 2025.
But just as the announcement was made, China and the EU announced greater cooperation to reduce their shared emissions.
