Uwankara native title claimants are fighting the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, Grace Portolesi’s decision to allow mining exploration on Lake Torrens. With the area rich in cultural significance the traditional land owners feel they havn’t been consulted properly about the decision.
