Ten years after Columbine – has the US learnt about gun control?

On April 20, 1999, two teenagers went on a shooting rampage at Columbine High School in Denver, Colorado. Their deliberate attack killed 13 people and injured 23 others. Ten years later, the question must be asked why the United States has done nothing to tighten its gun control laws.
