Uber is facing a major class action from drivers of the taxi and private driving industry.
More than 6000 taxi operators and license owners have already registered for the action in 4 states across Australia, with damage estimates up to $400,000.
The Australian Taxi Industry Association claims it would be a tragedy if they didn’t win.
