Aboriginal people have shut down Melbourne’s CBD once again in protest to remote Aboriginal Community closures in Western Australia. Dr Kerryn Phelps has engaged in a heated debate on Twitter with a Melbourne Aboriginal Rights Campaigner, causing outrage in the Aboriginal community.
