October has seen major debate on women’s reproductive rights re-emerge in South Australia. The Upper House in SA’s Parliament narrowly voted down late-term abortion law amendments, by one vote.
Liberal MP Ben Hood proposed amendments, which would have required women to induce a birth instead of terminating their pregnancy after 27 weeks and six days.
