The riots have intensified in London overnight. The unrest broke out after a man was shot and killed by police. Rioters have been looting shops, and setting cars and buildings on fire. Experts say socio-economic factors underlie the riots and the Government has to take part of the blame. But they also believe some of the rioters may just be opportunists.
