Would a postal vote on marriage equality really give all Australians a say?

The Federal Government is facing a High Court challenge over the legality of their plans for a postal vote on marriage equality.

Experts are concerned the logistics of conducting a survey by mail will shut out several sections of society from having their say, and potentially skew the result.
