Out in the cold – how urban Indigenous communities are being affected by the NT Intervention

Concerns are growing about how the Northern Territory intervention is impacting on aboriginal people, but not just those in the NT. So how has life changed – or not – for those indigenous communities in our towns and cities? Communities who, according to Aboriginal Academic, Professor Larissa Behrendt, have had very little attention since the Intervention began.
