Online abuse: domestic violence knows no bounds

The rapid pace of technology and growing avenues for online markets has led to a surge in technology-facilitated domestic abuse.

This new breed of domestic violence now comes in the form of trolling and online stalking, leaving the victim being targeted 24 hours a day and wherever they go.

There has been little to almost no action by governments to combat this modern form of domestic violence.
