MH17 report released – what’s the next step?

A year on from the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17, the Dutch Safety Board have released their report. It found a Russian-made BUK missile carrying a warhead was launched from eastern Ukraine and is responsible for the crash. Attention will now turned to prosecuting those responsible.
