Victoria Legal Aid is pursuing a second case which questions the legality of the Robodebt scheme. Bill Shorten, ex Labor leader, and now Shadow Minister for Government Services, is calling the arrangements ” a bureaucratic stand over scheme”. The alleged debts in each of the two cases have been annulled by Centrelink in an effort to avoid legal scrutiny.
