Kevin Rudd is attacking the problem of teenagers who binge drink. And he’s going to do it by “scaring the living daylights” out of them. $20 million dollars of the Government’s 53.5 million dollar national campaign will be channelled into a 2 yr television, radio and internet blitz. Kevin Rudd aims to emulate the success of the 1980s AIDs “Grim Reaper” campaign, and he’s hoping teenagers will be shocked into changing their ways.
