Three decades after federal and state laws made it illegal for businesses to refuse people with guide dogs entry into venues, incidents are still occurring. A campaign launched today during Guide Dog Awareness week hopes to stamp out discrimination against people with guide dogs once and for all. Biwa Kwan reports.
