Harry Kakavas, a property developer from Brisbane, is suing Melbourne’s Crown Casino for the 30 million dollars he lost while gambling there. Kakavas is defined as a pathalogical gambler and he claims that although he was excluded from the Casino, it’s staff routinely flew him to Melbourne on a private jet and offered him luxury benefits to continue gambling. The effectiveness of self-exclusion policy is often a contentious issue among people in the Gaming industry.
