Since the Skype scandal in 2011 where a male cadet broadcast himself having sex with a female cadet without her knowledge, the Defence Abuse Response Taskforce (DART) has been investigating cases of abuse in the Australian Defence Force. Today they released a report focusing on abuse in the academy, and suggested the best course of action is a Royal Commission.
