The co-op housing sector once known as hotbeds of radicalism in Australia is now facing key challenges as it adapts to the housing sector needs of today. The sector accounts for a small percentage of the overall housing mix, but those in the sector say there is a huge need to expand as the demand for affordable housing increases.
