Thousands of activists protested against Coal Seam Gas mining across NSW yesterday, calling for a Royal Commission into the safety of Coal Seam Gas mines. Contaminated drinking water, noise, infrastructure and a mining technique called ‘fracking’ are just some of their concerns.
