The Australian Churches Refugee Taskforce has accused the Federal Government of state-sanctioned child abuse. Unaccompanied children are subjected to neglect and abuse in Australian detention centres, a report shows. The Taskforce argues the Immigration Minister Scott Morrison, should no longer have guardianship over the children.
