With Easter looming, chocolate sales are inevitably going to escalate. What has been prominent of late, is a rise in awareness of what is deemed ‘ethical chocolate’. Fair trading-certified chocolate sales are gaining momentum, and Global Relief Agenices have spoken of their own perspectives on this current trend.
