Bill Shorten pledges Labor to address Indigenous incarceration

Labor will address Indigenous over-representation in the prison system and keep track of incarceration rates if it wins government next year. The pledge was revealed by Opposition Leader Bill Shorten in a speech to the University of Melbourne Law school yesterday. So far advocates welcome the move.
