A conversation for referendum on the consitution to include Aboriginal rights

The Australian constitution is the founding political and legal document of Australia. So why is it that the original founders of the land are not represented? The issue of Indigenous representation in the constitution has been around for a while but a national conversation is set to make some real changes.
