Artists and authors petition against proposed 18C changes

Australia’s racial discrimination and human rights commissioners have spoken out saying proposed changes to the country’s racial discrimination laws are unnecessary and not in the public interest. A group of Australian artists, writers and journalists are now signing a petition against the changes to section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act.
