Stepping up fight against HIV in the lead up to AIDS 2014

Nobel Laureate and UNAIDS Global Advocate for Zero Discrimination Aung San Suu Kyi will officially launch AIDS 2014 – the International Aids Conference taking place in Melbourne next July – on the occassion of this Sunday’s World Aids Day. Recent studies show a decrease in new HIV infections worldwide, but continued action to fight the epidemic in both the developed world and in developing countries is still important.
