A funding boost gives a leg up to future Indigenous women leaders

A funding boost to the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre means more Indigenous Australians will get training in how to combine traditional knowledge and culture with cutting-edge western leadership techniques to develop enhanced capabilities as leaders. For a group of women attending the Straight Talk National Summit in Canberra recently, the news meant a greater capacity to develop women as change makers.
