The 2013 Australian Budget has promised to target disability, dentistry and education. However it is not good news for all, people who are on government assistance payments like Youth Allowance and Newstart are considered to still be living in poverty. Despite the decision to change the amount that can be earned in a fortnight to $100 instead of $62 a fortnight some believe this is still not good enough.
