Nurses in NT police stations not enough

Kwementyaye Briscoe died in police custody in January last year. In response, a coronial inquest was issued to prevent an incident like this from happening again. The Northern Territory Chief Minister, Adam Giles, has announced an extra $1.2 million dollars to fund nurses in police stations to satisfy one of the inquest’s recommendations.
