Climate negotations at a crawl in Doha

Representatives of states across the globe are gathered in Doha, Qatar for the 18th annual UN Convention on Climate Change. Countries are negotating to enter the second commitment phase of the Kyoto Protocol and are working toward funding targets to fight the impact of climate change.
