After a decade of interrogations and Guantanamo controversies, the US has taken a large step towards justice for the terror attacks of September 11, 2001. Today a range of charges were laid on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and five other men for their alleged role in planning and executing the terror plot. They will face a military tribunal in Guantanamo Bay within a month. But how will the trial work, and will it be ‘clean justice’ that is delivered?
