An Afghan National Army soldier is on the run after he shot and wounded the three Australians yesterday. The soldier was working with Australian forces and the incident comes only a week after 3 soldiers were gunned down by one of their Afghan trainees.
Is it a rogue incident as the military are suggesting or is it a disturbing new Taliban tactic? And will it put more pressure than ever on troop morale and public opinion about the war?
