Federal Government forced to face coal seam gas

The regulation of the controversial coal seam gas issue has until now been left up to the states, but now the federal government may be forced to confront the issue. The Independent MP Tony Windsor is demanding the Federal Government take action on coal seam gas in return for his support for the Mining Tax.
