The Coalition parental leave scheme trumps Labor’s plan

The Coalition has proposed a parental leave scheme that is bigger, brighter and better than the Labor party’s policy. Opposition Leader Tony Abbott has impressed many female lobby groups with a scheme that would increase both time and money given in parental leave. But does he have the power to see this policy through?
