The US government has announced it will hold the trial of five terror suspects in a New York civilian court. The suspects will have the same constitutional protection as other US citizens. But critics of the decision say a civilian court might release the suspects. Dr Harry Melkonian, a US constitutional lawyer, says arguments against the civilian trials are groundless.
