Four years after ATSIC disappeared, Aboriginal people will finally get greater representation in the form of a newly proposed National Indigenous Representative Body. It is an organisation that aims give Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples a bigger voice in the decisions that directly impact their lives and future.
