Indigenous adults are thirteen times more likely to be in prison than other Australians according to a new paper addressing indigenous incarceration and health. Money is of no shortage in the correctional system and the report: Bridges and Barriers – Addressing Indigenous Incarceration and Health points out it is not being spent in the right areas.
