A delegation of Chinese officials are in NSW today, to check out our Juvenile Justice system. According to the department, they’re particularly interested in “Youth Justice Conferencing” – a system that makes offenders face their victims. The delegation is from the Ministry of Justice and the trip was organized in partnership with the Australian Human Rights Commission.
