New research from the Centre for Social Impact and the Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education looked into cultural diversity in the philanthropic sector.
Currently, there isn’t a baseline to indicate how culturally inclusive philanthropic boards and organisations are, and how they’re supported.
The report also highlights how culturally and linguistically diverse organisations are overlooked or excluded with the current funding practices.
