Magpie swooping season is upon us and many Australians are expected to experience whats known as ‘mobbing’ in the coming few weeks.
Experts say this defensive behaviour occurs for a few weeks while the birds protect their eggs or chicks, which are vulnerable to predators.
It’s best to avoid magpie territory where possible.
