Politicians call for greater scrutiny of Jobkeeper 2.0 package

Today the government unveiled details of how the extension to Job Keeper will operate, including the plans to scale back payments.

The 16 billion dollar continuation will see the wage subsidy introduced in two-tiers with  part-time workers receiving a reduced amount.

The opposition and cross benchers are calling for increased scrutiny of the package, given the unprecedented amounts of expenditure.
