The small grassroots vigil that aims to change the big picture of refugee policy

Every Friday night a small group gathers in Adelaide on the steps of Parliament House. Members of the Adelaide vigil group are  also regular visitors to Australia’s offshore detention camps and they hold the regular vigil  to spread the word and change minds on the refugee issue. This week their aim is to petition the ALP to change its refugee stance at its Sunday national conference
