John Mawurndjul retrospective opens at TARNANTHI

Over 160 works from celebrated Kuninjku artist, John Mawurndjul, have been sourced from across the globe for a retrospective exhibition of his work at TARNANTHI: Festival of Contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.

The exhibition is a collaborative effort by the Art Gallery of South Australia and the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.

It is a bilingual exhibition, in both Kuninjku and English, and is complimented by an online exhibition guide that allows visitors to listen to and read in both languages.
