Australia’s training body for emergency department doctors says it will clamp down on discrimination, bullying and sexual harrassment after the publication of two critical reports last year.
Those reports found over a third of those working in the field experienced bullying, while 20 per cent faced discrimination and significant number suffered from sexual harrassment.
