Poverty: don’t blame the victims, fix the system

October 15th to 21st marks Anti-Poverty Week this year and Adelaide is hosting Australia’s largest annual anti-poverty event on Friday and Saturday. The message is Attack Poverty, Not the Poor, with calls for a fairer go for those  13 percent of the population managing on incomes below the poverty line.
