Indigenous groups gather for meaningful constitutional reform

This week in Uluru The Referendum Council will hold a First nations Convention.

The Convention will welcome 300 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and begin a dialogue on what meaning constitutional reform means for Indigenous Australians.
