With the rates of suicide among indigenous youth reaching epidemic levels, elders of the Warlpiri community are taking matters into their own hands- bringing traditional knowledge into the digital age by crowdfunding the resources to create a life-saving app for those in need.
They hope the app, called Kurdiji 1.0, will prevent the social isolation of young people in remote communities all over Australia.
