Adani faces repercussions of federal court case

Adani now faces potential repercussions from the Indigenous Land Usage Act.

After a decision in Western Australian courts that saw the rejection of an Indigenous Land Usage Act due to it’s application not fulfilling all necessary signatures, Adani’s own ILUA faces the same treatment.
